Develop your Memory
May 22, 2010Most of us have a problem in remembering important events, names, numbers, other details of people essential to us, even forgetting our daily tasks. It is advisable to put attention into this dilemma.
Well, for some reason we don’t have to lose hope. The good news is that all of us can improve our memory and develop an excellent memory by learning memory improvement techniques.
Here are some few tips on how to remember what we usually forget:
* Numbers – this is the most top problems of all. Only few people are good at remembering numbers, there are those who can’t remember even their own cellular number. To solve this, break long numbers down into meaningful chunks. For instance, if you want to remember your bank account number 08150630, it is easy to remember if you think of it as 08:15 (breakfast time) and 06:30 (dinner time).
* Names – when somebody is introduce to you or when meeting someone, repeat that person’s name aloud as soon as you can. It is also good to look closely to that person and repeat remembering his name silently to yourself 10 times.
